Yes, we have years of experience helping people lose weight or “tone-up” but the truth is: If we focus on eating the foods that promote optimum health and performance, the body-fat takes care of itself!
If you are trying to lose weight, we want to encourage you to focus on being healthy, eating real whole foods like meat, veggies, nuts and seeds. Avoid any and all processed foods and limit sugar as much as possible.
