To reach your fitness potential, you must develop and learn new skills. A great place to start broadening your learning is through the art of Boxing!

More than just another fitness class- The Boxing program here at PXT is designed to teach you essential skills and develop techniques that can be applied in or out of the ring. Workouts are programmed and skills are taught in a hands-on, safe environment for any level athlete.

Our Boxing program is in continuous development and is lead by former two-time ABA divisional champion Chris Crawford. Boxing Classes are currently held several times per week and Private Boxing Coaching is available.
