Training

Our community is made up of all sorts of people. We refer to all of them as Athletes regardless of experience or ability level.

Our Athletes have ranged in age from 4 years old to almost 80 years young! We coach elite level Athletes for sport and fitness as well as rehabilitative and sedentary folks looking to break through barriers. We are the solution to the typical “gym”.

We believe the best methods of fitness training- GPP (General Physical Preparedness) can be applied to maximize the potential of any athlete. In the words of CrossFit founder Greg Glassman: “The needs of our Military and the needs of our Grandma differ only in degree- not kind”. Simply put- we bring elite level coaching to anyone willing to put in the work it takes to get real results!

What is CrossFit?

As a method of training, CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. It is widely used in Military, Special Forces and First Responder organizations as a means of providing GPP or a state of readiness for the unknown demands that these people face. It is also becoming widely used in general populations as it can be scaled to any need for the “average person”, but can produce a level of fitness that is anything but average!

More than just a Fitness Program…

CrossFit is experiencing phenomenal growth all over the globe and in many varied populations. But the superior training methods are not the only reason for this growth. “CrossFitters” and especially the communities that are formed within CrossFit Affiliated gyms, have created a tremendously supportive, family-like environment that spurres on the progress and learning of each individual. It is commonplace to see athletes of all levels not only working hard together, but literally cheering each other on! When is the last time you had someone clap and cheer for your accomplishments or efforts?
