Because we don’t offer a one-size-fits-all generic approach- there is a learning process to better training and nutrition. We try to make the transition into CrossFit as easy as possible through individualized attention, education and step-by-step practice.
The First Step
After you have explored our website, you’ll want to schedule a complimentary one-on-one session with one of our Certified Coaches here or give us a call (503) 406-8692 or email to schedule!
In this initial session you will have the full attention of a highly skilled Coach to discuss your needs as well as our program. We will get to know each other a bit and we’ll assess your current level through a short warm-up and introductory workout- but know that you determine the intensity!
The Second Step
Join us for a Class or two! After your initial session you may join one of our “Open CrossFit Classes” offered at various times throughout each month. Details will be discussed fully at your initial session and the Class workout will be scaled to your individual needs. You’ll also have the opportunity to meet some of our great people and experience CrossFit!
After Trying a Couple Classes
If you decide this is a good fit for you, you can join on a month-to-month basis after an initial 3 month commitment. We will help you schedule your training to best suit your needs and you’ll begin training one-on-one with your coach. Our “On-Ramp” is a structured program that is designed to offer a smooth transition from any starting point to joining the regular CrossFit Classes. This usually involves 6 private sessions* that are included in your regular membership (no hidden costs here!)
*Advanced Athletes may be assessed and have the option to by-pass the On-Ramp process.
*Rehabilitative or other special-needs Athletes may require additional private sessions. Your Coach will have discussed all these options for you during your initial complimentary session.
