This week I would like to challenge you to go to my Dryland Ski Training blog (link is on the right hand side of this page) and scroll through the archives for your workouts.

Almost all of the workouts you’ll find there are written to be done with little or no equipment.

After each workout, come back here and post a comment telling which workout you did and the results.

I’ll be moderating the comments here but will not post again until next week.
