21, 15 & 9 reps for time of:
Sumo-Deadlift High-Pull 95/65
Burpees

Score load of max effort lift and time to complete met-con.
Tapping the floor on the SDHP’s is fine but please do not drop weights until I get a chance to build our new lifting platforms- thanks!
