Bench Press: Bar should be lowered completely under your own effort, touching your chest at the bottom and locking out your elbows completely at the top of each rep.
Ring push-ups: Rings should be adjusted about 2″ off the floor (knuckles not touching the floor) Your chest must touch the floor at the bottom of each rep, elbows locked out at the top of each rep. Hips and thighs should not touch the floor.
Sit-ups are standard butterfly sit-ups. Touch the floor behind your head then touch your TOES for each rep.
