WOD:
Complete each of the four rounds for time in any order. Rest as needed between each.
- Row 500m, 20 Toes-to-bar, 10 Burpees
- 100 Double-Unders, 20 Toes-to-bar, 10 Burpees
- 100 Kettlebell Swings 1.5p/1p, 20 Toes-to-bar, 10 Burpees
- Run 400m, 20 Toes-to-bar, 10 burpees
Score the time to complete EACH round and the order in which you completed them.
