WOD:
For time:
Run 800m
21 Push-up to Renegade Row 25#/15#
Run 400m
15 Push-up to Renegade Row 25#/15#
Run 200m (to RR and back)
9 Push-up to Renegade Row 25#/15#
Score time to complete.
For the renegade rows, do a push-up with your hands on the dumbbells. At the top of the completed push-up, pull the right dumbbell off the floor up to your right shoulder. Repeat the push-up, then the row to the left shoulder. This completes ONE REP.
