WOD:

ME: Chained Deadlift

20% of total weight is in chain weight. Try to adjust the chain length so that all weight is off the floor as the bar passes your knees on the way up.

Work with your coach to finish with posterior chain exercises, Hip extensions, Glute/Ham Raises, Bar Bridges, Forward Sled Pulls, Tire Flips etc…
