100 Double-Unders
10 Handstand Push-ups
90 Double-Unders
9 Handstand Push-ups
80 Double-Unders
8 Handstand Push-ups
70 Double-Unders
7 Handstand Push-ups
And so on…down to 10 and 1
Score time to complete.
Instead of subbing triple singles for those who can’t do doubles, today the sub is the same reps of singles PLUS the same reps of tuck-jumps.
