Complete the chipper by carrying an odd-object to the RR Tracks and back. Suggestions for RX: Men, carry the log or slosh pipe. Women, farmer carry two water jugs.
(I do want you to work hard and get the most out of your workout but please be safe and considerate to other people and businesses while carrying the odd-objects down the street. I don’t want to have to explain to the cops why we plowed into someones’ window or face with a log or slosh pipe…)
