Four Tabata stations, each consisting of 8 rounds, 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete all 8 rounds of one station before moving on to the next. You may begin in any station but follow the order as listed, i.e. if you start with Wallball, your order will be 3,4,1,2:
Station 1: Sledgehammer Strikes
Station 2: Tire Jumps (Box Jumps)
Station 3: Wallball, 20/14
Station 4: Sit-ups
Score your TOTAL reps for EACH station.
Your coach can call “no-rep” if your hammer strikes are weak- make them count!
