WOD:
“The Bear”
5 Rounds, resting between rounds as needed:
Each round consists of the following barbell complex, repeated 7 times within the round:
Clean
Overhead Any Way
Back Squat
Overhead Any Way
Score your loads for each round and remember- you are not allowed to put down the bar throughout the round of 7 reps, even to re-grip the bar.

And yes Kevin I still love it even after it’s over!! The back of my neck doesn’t like it though!!
