Hand Release Push-ups
Score time to complete.
“Hand Release Push-ups” are performed by pulling your hands completely off the floor while you are lying on your chest. Be sure to rise off the floor in as STRICT push-up plank! If you are beginning to sag at the hips then take a break until you can maintain that solid mid-line “plank” for your push-ups!
