15 Weighted Pullups 35#/15#
30 Double-unders
30 Strict Pull-ups
15 Double-unders
45 Kipping Pull-ups
For the weighted pull-ups, hold a dumbbell or kettlebell between your feet or ankles.
***please note*** We have had many jumpropes damaged and destroyed through improperly adjusting them. If you need to adjust your rope length, please be sure to tighten the set screw securely. Please to not use tape or knots! If you need help, your coach will be more than happy to assist. Thank you!

Yes it is for time. No chains to be counted as “RX’d”. This is like “Kevin’s Workout” huh?!

Since my shoulders still hurt and I can’t do pull-ups, I decided to make this J.D.’s workout. I did “Annie”. PR of 7:05, and it would have been better but I missed the very first jump and got my feet tangled. Crazy!
