3 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Hang Cleans
3 Thrusters

Rest as needed between rounds. Try to add weight each round. To complete the round as prescribed, you may not set the bar down during the round, even to reset your grip.

Score the load for each round.
