Bodyweight bench press (e.g., same amount on bar as you weigh)
Pull-ups
Score reps completed for each round.
Traditionally this workout is done with no rest between the Bench Press and the Pull-ups, but rest as needed after completing the pull-ups before starting the next round. It is not timed! This is for max continuous reps each round.
