You know, I wasn’t going to come in today. I’m working out with Becca and Winslow this evening. But this workout is right in my wheelhouse. I should be able to beat both Kevin *AND* Miguel for once. How can I resist? I’ll be there at noon. :)

I would put money on you against my time fo this workout. Miguel has the time to beat! Nice time Miguel!
