WOD:
ME:
Back Squat
Then…
“Death by Burpees”
With a constantly running clock, perform one Burpee the first minute, two Burpees the second minute, three on the third minute…and so on, until you cannot complete the number of Burpees within the minute.
Score max load of Back Squat and number of Burpee rounds completed (+ any extra Burpees on the last failed minute).

I just have to say that I’m sad and disappointed by the negative reactions coming from a few people regarding the opening of the new gym space. Jen, Cody and others have been and continue to work hard to make Crossfit Excellence a better place for all of us. They are still in the process of working out the details and it is my hope that ALL of the members find it within themselves to be positive and supportive of their efforts. Please remember – choose to be a part of the solution NOT a part of the problem.

I really enjoy having my kids do the WODs at home after I go to the gym. Today Melissa got 11 rds. and Adrian 13, just to beat me, haha. (I did 12). Not bad!
