Hip Ext. Hip Flx. Tabata Style! : 120717

Please join us today at our new location at 397 N State Street! You can park under the building by entering the north entrance near the traffic light at “B” and State.

You can park at the public parking lot off of State and Foothills and walk up.

WOD:

For TOTAL reps of each exercise, perform the following in any order:

Tabata Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1 pood

rest 1 minute

Tabata Sit-ups

rest 1 minute

Tabata Lunges

rest 1 minute

Tabata Toes-to-Bar

Tabata intervals are 20 seconds of max reps followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 full cycles. Complete the full 8 cycles at one station before resting for 1 minute and moving on to the next.

Keep a running total of reps through the 8 intervals. Score the total reps of EACH movement.
