New Summer Schedule! :120621

Join Coach Heidi throughout the summer for 5:30am Open Gym/WOD- every Tuesday and Thursday beginning today!

WOD:

ME: Jerk
(take from rack)

Then...
For time:
200 Situps
400m waiters walk with kettlebell 1.5p/1p

For waiters walk, carry the KB overhead with one arm in an active/locked out shoulder position, alternating hands as needed. If the weight comes down from overhead you are not allowed to make forward progress on the 400meters.

Score max load of Jerk and time to complete the couplet.

The demolition is almost complete! Next week we'll be loading a trailer for the dump. I'll try to post in advance what day so if you want to lend a hand you'll know when!

Then... Painting prep, building a wall-and-a-half, painting and finally...the big move!
