This example should show more explosive hip drive. In other words, the initial squat should be so explosive so as to cause a jump- with at least the heals popping up off the floor. This shows basic good form but should be more aggressive. So get after it!!! JUMP!
New location status: We’ve got all the walls knocked down that need to be and all the ceiling tiles removed.
Next up: remove the drop-ceiling frame work and re-string all the loose wiring and ducts. Then, several trips to the dump! If anyone has a pick-up I can use (or is willing to help) to take all the demo scrap to the dump please let me know- thanks!
