My son Dylan was born on April 10, 2012 at 10:24am at Newberg Providence Hospital. He is healthy and doing great. Dylan weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces and was 19 inches tall at birth.

ME: Overhead Squat with hanging weight
4 Rounds for time of:
15 Box-Jumps 24″/20″
12 Thrusters 75#/45#
The overhead squats for this workout will be taken out of the rack in the back-squat position then push-pressed up into the overhead squat position. The “hanging weight” will be equal to 20% of the total lift and will be hung from the ends of the bar, suspended by jump-stretch bands.
