“The Bear”
5 Rounds, resting between rounds as needed:
Each round consists of the following barbell complex, repeated 7 times within the round:
Overhead Any Way
Back Squat
Overhead Any Way

Score your loads for each round and remember- you are not allowed to put down the bar throughout the round of 7 reps, even to re-grip the bar.

Here is another video example, but you do not need to pause between each movement the way this guy does. If you want to Clean and Thruster it right up, you can, as long as you hit all these movements along the way. Have fun!
