Let’s keep the kids occupied this Spring Break!

Mark your calendars and register your kiddos!  We are offering Spring Training again this year for your family to keep moving!

Camp runs Monday, March 26th through March 29th(4 days) at 1pm.  Come for Noon class with the kids and then go to lunch while they work out! :)

We are excited to introduce CrossFit Kids Certified Coach, Robert Holler!  He will be teaching your kids how to CrossFit with some fun and challenging work outs!

Alternating Tabatas of:
Box Jumps
(12 minutes)

Alternating Tabata’s are done circuit style, complete 20 seconds of Box Jump Reps, 10 Sec. Rest, 20 Sec. Push-ups, 10 Sec. rest, 20 Sec. Sit-ups, 10 Sec. Rest and continue the cycle to complete 8 full rounds.
