I can’t believe I’m saying this, but: YAY! That workout looks perfect for what I need. I feel like a fat blob of goo. Can’t wait to just get in there and burn some calories. I’ll try to make at 6:30, mis amigos, but it might be 9:30 depending on how I sleep.

Yes, I don’t know about you but my back was pretty roasted from those three max efforts! Today is meant to hit the anterior a bit and work a little longer time domain.
We can expect a week of all “Met-Con” style CrossFit WODs after the Total.
Then we’ll get back to our usual strength cycles next week.

I feel exactly the same J.D. and in today’s WoD it showed, I felt slow; so also looking forward for some Met-con’s.
