    Secondly, whenever we pass a mortar and pestle in the store, Dan has to pick it up and ask if we can buy it. He loves those things! Inner caveman???

    Can’t wait! I’m ready to hit this hard. Been doing ok on the paleo, but definitely not eating enough, and it’s showing in the workouts. Stress + only eating a piece of fruit and one salad a day isn’t enough.

    Ben~ Thanks brother. You should try Cody’s ‘High 5′ workout. It looked really easy but I couldn’t keep a steady pace through the whole thing…
