Can’t wait! I’m ready to hit this hard. Been doing ok on the paleo, but definitely not eating enough, and it’s showing in the workouts. Stress + only eating a piece of fruit and one salad a day isn’t enough.

Ben~ Thanks brother. You should try Cody’s ‘High 5′ workout. It looked really easy but I couldn’t keep a steady pace through the whole thing…
