So no power elizabeth? Power cleans certainly don’t feel the same metabolically so I understand.
I ordered a weight vest on Sunday evening, hopefully it’ll be in by the end of the week and we can play around with it next week. (It’s not one of the fancy Rogue vests. It’s definitely big and bulky, but it was only $40 on ebay).

DNF. I hate DNF, especially when there’s no discernible reason for it. Maybe it’s just because I took a week off and my body needs to re-adjust to the world of Crossfit? I don’t know. Whatever the case, I don’t want to DNF tomorrow!

Ben~ Doing the full squat clean is WAAAAY more taxing than doing power cleans. Can’t wait to try out the weighted vest!
JD~ Hey man, we’ve all got our days. There was a time when I was in the same boat you were in. Today was my first day back from a two day rest and I felt terrible the whole time. Keep your chin up and hit it hard next time.

Yeah, the mobility work is helpful. I thought I was fairly flexible but doing some have been difficult, specifically the shoulder WOD, OUCH! Thanks for posting Ben.

I just looked at Helen and Kelly. I can do Helen. It may make my back a little sore (with the KB swings), but I can do it. But I’m trying to wrap my mind around Kelly. It looks like people take 20-40 minutes to finish, with about half an hour being normal. OMG. This workout is going to be tough. I can’t wait.
