It’s girl week! : 100830

This week we will be doing a benchmark “girl” workout each day! We will be closed Friday through Monday so I hope to see as many of you as possible early in the week!

Might as well start with a CrossFit Favorite…

WOD:

“Fran”
21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:
Thrusters 95#, 65#
Pull-ups

    Just in case y’all didn’t get it the first time, I would highly recommend checking out Kelly Starrett’s mobility blog:

    It’s easy, they’re always 10 min. long, can be done anytime/anywhere (i.e. it doesn’t need to be done at the gym and you don’t need to be warm), and really helps with mobility. Starting from day 1 would be a good idea.

    Sorry I wussed out this morning but we had a gnarly weekend and I was exhausted. I’ll be in tonight for a endurance WoD and tomorrow morning for the next girl WoD!
