Nutrition is the foundation of your fitness! 100818

I need some input from you!

The week after Labor Day weekend we will be launching our 2nd nutrition challenge! This one will be better than ever and we have a great opportunity to get it started.

We will have a guest speaker coming in to give us some fine-tuning in the nutrition department. So here’s where you all come in:

What day and time-frame sounds best between August 27th and September 12th? Give us a few ideas!

WOD:

5 Rounds for max reps each round consisting of:
1 minute Wallball, 20#, 14#
1 minute Box Jumps, 24″, 18″
1 minute Tire Flips
1 minute Rest

Post total reps for each round to comments.

    The later dates will work better for me…any clues about goals for the nutrition competition?

    FIVE rounds?! Really, FIVE?! Well, so much for going to my “fun” Group Groove workout first. This sounds too fun to miss…thank goodness for ice!

    Any day besides August 30th and August 31st would work for me.

    Mondays, Wednesdays in the morning, Tuesdays/Thursdays in the evening, or any time on Friday.

    As for the WoD, fun but those reps really start to stack up at the end…

    Just about any day & time works for me. And those that don’t, don’t! :)

    Today’s workout was awesome. And it sucked at the same time. It didn’t dawn on me that it was a quad workout until the end of the first round when I had trouble on the box. And by the end of the workout, my quads were completely drained. They seemed fine most of the day, though, until now (12 hours after the workout) they’re completely shot. I was going to bike to the gym tomorrow, but now that’s out the window! Maybe I’ll just leave early so I can go for a run. Dan, if you head down at 6am, we can spend half an hour doing laps inside the parking garage. :)

    Sorry J.D., I’m in serious need of a day off. I spent this morning doing something I rarely do anymore: sleeping in. :D
