Friday, July 16th

10am — Affiliate Cup competition commences
12pm — Masters competition commences
6:30pm — Opening Ceremonies
7pm — Individual competition commences

Continuing fun on Saturday, then Join us by 10am on Sunday for a Potluck party to watch the epic climax!

Bring food and/or beverages to the Gym any time between 10am and 5pm. We’ll be hanging out, watching the Games on the big screen. We have available a big cooler, a small fridge, a big freezer, electricity and tables.

Things to bring…

Lawn/fishing chairs.

Families.

Food.

Beer.

Wine.

We will be providing:

Big screen action (thanks for the projector John! and laptop for streaming Dana!)

Video games and movies for the kids!

Water and ice.

Some paleo-freindly snacks.

275 pound Deadlifts, 5 reps (185 pounds for women)
10 Burpees (with clap overhead while airborne)

    I love this WoD didn’t do it though cause of the heavy deads I did on Tuesday.

    500m row
    4 KB snatches left arm (1.5 pood)
    4 KB snatches right arm
    15 ring dips
    *4rds + 333m row. Game out of the gate too hard with a 1:37 on the first row. Not my best split these past three days.

    Cody, how long will this last on Sunday. As I mentioned today, I’ll be doing Cycle Oregon Weekend. The Sunday ride starts at 7am, though, and even if I go the full length (50 miles), I should be done by 11am at the latest, which means I could probably be to CROSSFIT EXCELLENCE by 1pm. In fact, that’s my plan unless you nix it when I see you Friday morning.

    Sucks, but I can only be around for the morning. I’ll be there at 10am – noon. Let me know if you want us to bring anything…like bloody marry’s..

    Spaghetti bolognese paleo style…will be there at about 1:30 pm. Watching has been addicting so far!
