    Got my workout today hiking up and down sand dunes for 2+ hours. My butt is going to be hurting tomorrow. Awesome video.

    12:54 – but, I had to put my purse down and use 95lbs.

    Dan the runs add a lot of time, both because they take longer and transitioning from the garage and back in. My jump rope was right next to the bar, and if I got the coordination the DUs would be done in 30 or so seconds. I’d say I had it easy.
