Foothills park : 100626

Remember the Saturday, 11am workout is in Foot hills park. We’ll hang out by the climbing rocks/parking lot until 11:15 to make sure everyone’s there, then we’ll head up stream to workout at the water’s edge! Rowing, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Box Jumps are on the menu!

Then… we’ll all head over to Mike & Cheri’s around 12:30 for the afternoon BBQ…yahoo! Hope too see as many of you there as possible!

    Hey everyone I wish I could make it today but I’m not coming in to Portland this weekend.

    Bench Press 5×5@260 (What I love about XFit: I only do bench press once every six weeks or so and every time I’m stronger).

    15 DB Thrusters @50lbs
    30 GHDs
    Time: 9:46 (Mikko Salo did this in 5:55. GHDs are definitely not my strength).
