Time to clean up! : 100623

Casey Burgener (the son of Coach Burgener of the “Burgener Warm-up”. If my gym math is correct he is successfully clean & jerking 205 kilos, that’s 451 lbs! 

Notice in this photo:

1. He’s JUMPING, check the feet off the floor and his posture is still high- that means he is JUMPING!

2. He is keeping the bar very close to his body. If you click on his name you can see a slide show of this lift and in the previous slide the bar is still in contact with his upper thigh even in that “high hang position”. (see chalk mark evedence in this photo)

3. Check the posture out! He is jumping, chest high, shrugging shoulders hard and his arms are still almost straight!

4. HOOK GRIP (need I say more?) :)

    Time: 8:25. Could definitely be done in under 7:00.

    WOD: sleep until failure.
    Results: 9 hours sleep.
    Might be in on Friday, most likely Monday.
